- Exchange of Goods
If you wish to exchange a purchased item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. An exchange is possible if:
- The product has not been used, worn, or damaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all attached tags and any additional accessories (if applicable).

- Refunds
If you wish to return a purchased item and obtain a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. A refund will be granted if:
- The product has not been used, worn, or damaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all attached tags and any additional accessories (if applicable).
After receiving the returned product and confirming that all conditions are met, we will issue a refund in the same manner as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

- Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect, product damage, or an incorrectly shipped item. In these cases, Zisuki will cover the return shipping costs.
