1. Delivery Methods
We deliver products within the territory of Serbia through a courier service with which Zisuki has an agreement. The courier service enables quick and efficient delivery of ordered products to your address.
2. Delivery Costs
Currently, Zisuki does not offer free delivery. Delivery costs are calculated according to the current price list of the courier service and depend on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery destination. The delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process, before the final confirmation of the order.
3. Delivery Times
The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the time of order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery destination. If delivery is to remote locations or for specific products that require longer processing time, the delivery period may be extended.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your delivery at any time on the courier service’s website.
5. Receiving the Shipment
